If you’ve struggled with anxiety, you know how life ruining it can be. That fear can show up in a few different ways, and when it does it can bring your entire life to a standstill from which it can be really tough to recover.

Anxiety issues are the most commonly diagnosed mental health challenge in the U.S. But despite all the talking we’re doing about it, and the increased access we have to mental health care, nothing is getting better. Since 2020, those numbers have only increased.

I think we’ve got to start asking ourselves why all the mindfulness, meditation, affirmations, counseling, etc isn’t actually working.

I’ve helped more women than I can count to stop living in a state of chronic fear, and become the kind of woman who knows that everything is always working out for them … because it is!

To get there, we’re not going to fake it ‘till you make it. We’re going to heal the source of your chronic anxiety so you can never live that way again.
