What to Use Instead of Gratitude When Life Feels Hard
Look, there's nothing wrong with the concept of gratitude. Obviously, if the balance of our life is tipped toward gratitude, then you'll probably feel really happy.
But I believe that the presence of gratitude is the proof that you've made it, not the pathway to getting there.
And that's true because gratitude can't help you put out the metaphorical fires in your life.
But being in a state of gratitude (which is just another word for abundance) can help you prevent big fires in your life, because when you're in it you'll be much more likely to see all the options you have to changing anything that doesn't feel quite right to you.
So what should you do to shift yourself into a state of abundance (the place where the solution to your problem lives) when one area of your life feels like it's on fire?
